The ultimate treatment for you to surrender, release and let go.. This traditional Ayurvedic treatment does wonders to calm your mind by using warm, herbal oils for your specific needs and gently streamed onto your forehead. This treatment is ideal for those of you that have: - Anxiety & worry - Trouble sleeping at night - Brain fog - Nervousness - Feelings of being overwhelmed, lost or disconnected The stream of oil is tailored to your needs, being moved side to side over your forehead and onto the third eye point allowing the oil to run through your scalp to bring your body into a deeply relaxed state. The oil pour lasts approximately 30 minutes and is then followed by your full body Ayurvedic massage. Conditions of Booking: *Cancelation Policy - I require no less than 24 hours notice prior to start time to refund the booking price. The Shirodhara has a profound effect on your mind - I will hold space for you to sit and talk about your experience afterwards, please allow for some additional time as required. Post treatment advice will be emailed you to allow you to prepare for the day you are receiving the treatment. I advise you not to come to your appointment with freshly washed hair and please wear comfortable clothing to your appointment that you don’t mind getting a bit of oil residue on. Price includes the oil collected from your treatment to be taken home for your private use.
