Welcome to a new offering being available at Reformer Plus! This amazing full body massage uses warm herbal oils to nourish your body and brings grounding energy for your busy mind. Your treatment begins with a herbal tea - perfect for the season, then begins your Indian head, scalp and facial marma (acupressure) point massage. Your full body massage includes the arms, fingers, feet, toes, legs, hips, back and neck. This treatment uses warm herbal oils to bring rejuvenation and healing to you by: -Relaxing your nervous system -Aiding in detoxification, cleansing and soothing your body -Calming your mind -Stimulating important acupressure points -Improving circulation, vitality -Nourishing your skin Please wear clothing that you don’t mind getting a bit of oil residue on. Your hair will have oil applied so it's preferable if your hair isn't freshly shampooed. A post treatment plan will be emailed to you. If you have any questions, please send me a message.
