I had an Ayurvedic massage and sauna with Diana whilst on a holiday to Adelaide recently. At the beginning of the appointment an intention was set with a focus placed on breathing and relaxation. Once the massage began it was very comprehensive. Diana focuses on all of the areas of the body, regions that may be forgotten in the "standard" style of massage such as the abdomen and head. The setting of the massage was very relaxing with beautiful music playing in the background. Diana uses the right amount of pressure with her technique whereby the therapy is effective but also relaxing at the same time. To complete the session I was immersed in a steam box. I really enjoyed this experience. It was refreshing, a different experience to the old school saunas I have been in previously. Thank you Diana for a very professional, caring and tailored treatment. As a busy mum of three children, I really valued this time for me.
